Where it all began

As a family owned business, the origin of Seacrest Homes stretches right back to 1960 with the genesis of the Modern Joinery company.

Supplying the Perth residential building industry with standard and custom timber frames, built-in furniture and cabinets, Modern Joinery continues production to this day, remaining a strong part of the group of companies formed around it.

Branching out with the formation of Seacrest Homes in 1989, the ethos prescribed from day one was that of construction excellence, uncompromising detail and bespoke design.
